Billfish is a 43ft luxury game fishing boat
operating sports fishing charters out of
Cairns. Our operation extends from light
tackle share and sole charters January
to August to Heavy Tackle extended liveaboard or mother shipping, fishing
for Giant Black Marlin along the Ribbons
Reef and Continental shelf on the Great
Barrier Reef from September to December,
we can also offer day sole charters on
space available notice only. Our target
species can vary throughout the year,
depending on the season. On 15 kg line
anglers can hook up on Spanish Mackerel,
Tuna, Barracuda, Sailfish, Juvenile
Black Marlin and other pelagics (surface
feeding fish), while heavy tackle
fishing targets the giant black marlin.
