Terms And Conditions
  • Rates are valid to 31 March 2010, in Australian Dollars and subject to change without notice
  • Low Season: 01 November to 31 May excluding Easter and Christmas holiday periods
  • High Season: 01 June to 31 October plus Easter and Christmas holiday periods
  • A 3 night minimum stay applies
  • Extra Person: $25 per night on a rollaway bed (fits comfortably in second bedroom)
  • Children: 0-14years adult/extra person rate applies except children in cots
  • Cot and high chair available at $5 each per night

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival - cancellation fee equal to one nights accommodation
  • Within 14-21 days notice - fee equal to two nights accommodation
  • Less than 14 days or 'no show' - full payment is required
  • Travel insurance is recommended
